no lens caps and impractical ND filters
I have Freewell 62mm ND filters and like them. I also bought the ND filters for the Sherpa system thinking they would be compatible with the Sherpa tele lens still to be released at the time. But Freewell did really bad. This lens ships without the very important lens caps (see list of reasons to use lens caps at the end) and you can't even buy lens caps separately as Freeweel doesn't manufacture them. This thing of treating iPhone cameras as toys is the main reason why many people in the industry still look down at iphones. The second serious mistake Freewell made was that this lens is not compatible with the excellent Sherpa VND filters! What were they thinking?ND filters are absolutely essential if you want to do any serious shooting with a phone. But the filters which are compatible with this lens are from the Freewell Sherpa Series Lens Filter ND8, ND16, ND32, ND64, CPL, SMIST 1/4.They also ship with no protective cap unlike the VND filters. And if you are in London, for example, where the wheather changes from one minute to the other then you will need to keep changing filters.I realise now that Freewell's concept for its Sherpa series was faulty from the beginning. It's a shame.P.S. the importance of lens caps according to K& F Concept:"A lens cap protects the lens from dust and debris. Dust and dirt can build up on the lens, reducing image quality and causing loss of focus. It can also cause scratches on the lens, leading to permanent damage." It also protects the lens from moisture. "Moisture can cause the lens coating to degrade, reducing image quality."A lens cap provides a barrier against bumps and scratches."It protects the lens from fingerprints and other smudges. Fingerprints can reduce image quality and contrast, so it’s important to keep them off the lens. By using a lens cap, you can keep the lens free from fingerprints and other smudges.”They protect the lens from UV rays. "Exposure to UV rays can cause discoloration and fading of the lens coating, which can reduce image quality and contrast.”In addition to that, it's much more practical to have lens caps when you change lens because you can remove a lens, put the lens cap on and place it on a table or even on the floor ( if you are in the street) whilst you put the new lens on the phone.

Well, but look at the edge of the lens.
Apparently good quality, but the edges of the lens are appearing.
