Tomorrow will be judgement day when I hopefully will fire it up!I've unpacked it so far and I got to say it's better quality than I expected and that's saying something as a bit of a fussy perfectionist! I will say it's a chunky, well made bit of kit so if you haven't got muscles don't bother with the extension kit!! 😉New day and I fired it up! It's a beast of a machine 💪 ten foot brambles and buddleias stood no chance! Incredible value for money.Only thing to pick on is the plastic harness buckles, which one snapped under duress, and the on/ off switch which is to easy to knock accidentally. However it's a great piece of kit!

Id like to add half a star to my rating if i could.I think the only thing that lets this product down is the spring pull catches that locate the extension poles in to place.not only do you need three hands but they aren't of a very good quality and as i found out when buying the extra extension poles the holes in them don't line up particularly well making them hard to get the pins in and out.That said, having tried all of the attachments i can honestly say im very impressed with the power and the quality of the cutting heads .If the manufactures added a quick release front handle for use with the extensions that would certainly be a boost but i would certainly recommend this product for the home gardener/keen amateur landscaper though be aware it is quite heavy

This is brilliant tool, starts well, ticks over well and performs well, its just perfect for what i need. Easy to set up and you get ear defenders, gloves, glasses a little tool kit some spare wire and a small bottle of 2 stroke oil with it. I bought the one with the extensions to get me to 4.5 meters high and it works well even with all those extension bars on. What more could you ask for at this price. Spot on thanks 😀

Leaving a review as I think it is important that people know about the low quality of this product. I bought midway through 2021 instead of buying a cheap electric multi-purpose strimmer (I wanted a suped-up, smash through anything, petrol powered garden wrecking machine) and I wish I had not. When it arrived I had no time to do any work so I checked it, it looked fine, and I put it in the garage. When I come to try and use it the poles on the attachments and the main drive shaft where the engine is did not fit together so the product was basically unusable. Despite being unused the seller did not refund and it got sent off and repaired, not replaced, although the status of the repair I cannot comment on as I got rid of it as soon as it was returned, losing me around £100 on the original purchase price. It is low quality in comparison to the price, the sellers comms were good but I think it was unreasonable to not refund when the product was faulty. I should comment in fairness that it had gone past the point where the seller accepted returns as I is not had a chance to use the equipment as stated. The main engine section was very heavy and cumbersome (I am 6 foot 4 and 17 stone ex military so i am not just being a wimp either!) so I don’t think this would be suitable for many average users even with the support straps. Attaching the straps and even attempting to prep the correct poles, which as above didn’t connect to the main drive shaft section, took overly long and was fiddly. I strongly recommend going elsewhere or just buying something cheaper, electric or battery powered and simpler to use that if it goes wrong you will only have lost a minimal amount, and honestly the gap in price from a simple corded strimmer to this is not justified in the quality. Absolutely not worth it. Steer clear.

This is a robust multi-tool on which all the attachments work well. Also, the customer service when you contact Bu-Ko directly is outstanding; there was a plastic part of the pole saw which broke during use, and Bu -Ko sent a whole new replacement pole saw section within a couple of weeks of me sending them information and pics.The strimmer cord is easier to extend and or replace on the strimmer head - much better that the Mitox tool I had before. The brush cutter blade also works well.The hedge cutter works brilliantly with or without the extension units. I have about 50m of 8ft high laurel hedge to maintain, so it gets a serious workout.The pruning saw is excellent, though you do have to frequently check the chain tension to ensure it stays on - standard for most pole saws.It’s a heavy bit of kit, but extremely hard wearing. I’ve had it since May ‘24 and I’m still chuffed with it.

A great product but I've been trying to contact the seller to replace worn parts and I'm getting no reply from phone, email or the ask questions on their website. Any ideas welcome!

I’m not one to leave an Amazon review as I always laugh at the ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ reviews people leave but haven’t actually used the product!! 😂So here goes……..Product arrived earlier than expected ✅Instructions were not as easy for me to follow……I’ll put that down to my error!! 😢Being a big child…..couldn’t wait to get started 😂So I’m 5ft 4……this is a BEAST OF A MACHINE…..was worried that I’d look like something out of Harry Potter on a broomstick 🧙I have only used the strimmer section so far as my grass was extremely high and dense…..this BEAST cut through it in no time……I have quite a big garden!!Can’t wait to try the hedge trimmer tomorrow!Hence why I only gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️But….I have already looking at other products for the garden by BU-KO
