Great glue. Super strong, medium cure time. Cons: thin and really hard to sand off when completely dry if you accidentally leave some on after wiping off.

I've been making a lot of cutting boards recently, and I started going through a lot of glue. I bought the one-gallon container to save money in the long run.My boards are made from any combination of cherry, walnut, hickory, birch, mahogany, maple, and purpleheart.This Titebond III glue is perfect for my needs. The glue has a longer set time, is waterproof once dried, and food safe to boot. I've consistently had great results, to where I won't consider any other glue.

I use it for gluing up cutting boards and furniture where I need a longer open time. Its waterproof when dried which is obviously what you want for a cutting board. Titebond is arguably the best glue on the market for general woodworking that is simple to use. It adheres well and creates a very strong bond once dried. Easy to clean up if you get it on your hands or unintended work surfaces. It has went up in price over the years which is a shame, but if you look around at big box stores and even smaller stores you can find it for a little cheaper.
