I tried to buy the same product I had before, the Carlyle Liposomal Vitamin D3 5000 iu, but they weren't available. The Liposomal caps worked to keep my vD levels in the good range, this I know by testing results. Not sure if these will do the same, and won't know until November when I get tested again. Will report back, when I find out for sure!Updated: Yes, these also are keeping my vitamin D levels in the green (good) mid range, so I am happy with this Carlysle product once again. And I will continue to buy as long as the price remains stable and my blood work results keep coming back in the normal range. At least I am doing something right for a change, and a 71 year old! Good deal for vitamin D supplements. Very tiny soft gels are easy to swallow. No smell or taste.
