Regelle -Long Lasting Vaginal Moisturiser

This product may not work for everyone, but it has worked for me following the menopause. I had been at my wits end with vaginal dryness and painful intercourse, and I had tried all the better known things, including HRT creams, pessaries etc, which made me ill or sore.In the end, I was despairing, when I found this. As I say, it works for me, (I am 53), and it does what it says on the box. One application lasts for up to two days; I find, and it does contribute to solving vaginal dryness and itchiness, as well as preventing urine infections, which I was prone to before discovering it, provided it is used regularly. One great thing about it is that it comes in single one use applications, which I find more hygienic than say other ones on the market that oblige you to constantly sterilise a single applicator. (This has caused urine infections for me in the past and didn't work for me).The only draw back is it is quite expensive, but to me worth every penny. You may find you could get it on prescription, if you consult your GP, if you try at it, like it, but feel you can't afford it. I regularly order the pack of 12, as it lasts a while.

I've used this now for around 6 weeks. It's easy to use, it's not messy, and it does the job. The only downside are the single use plastic applicators which are going to create a an long lasting environmental problem. If a reusable applicator was available it would have been 5 stars. Good product.

Easy to apply and very hygienic as each applicator is individually wrapped. Doesn’t sting or burn and soothes. No mess either.

While I like this product and it does work well I am not sure I can carry on using it.I have used 11 doses (33 days) but I get a really heavy green discharge and end up feeling sore! The leaflet says you may get some discharge which should dissipate (http://www.korahealthcare.com/uploads/products/Regelle_A5_Insert.pdf) but gives no indication of it being discoloured or as heavy. I have been to see my GP and had a swab which came back negative but the symptoms still persist.For the moment I have stopped using for about a week to allow things to settle and see if the discharge persists (the discharge and soreness has stopped) and will try again in a few days. I would love to continue this as it was impossible to have intercourse as I found it too painful & dry prior to trying Regelle, this product helped from the first use.Ladies in England this is available on prescription!!! I asked my G.P about the product when telling him I had the discharge (buying the first product myself and receiving free samples from their site) he dismissed the product saying it the NHS did not do it but they could give me Replens which I did not want to use after reading many reviews that said the product caused a build up after multiple uses. When I went to see the nurse for the swab I was given an NHS prescription for Regelle (12 pack) which is only £8.05 if you pay for prescriptions - free if you don't.~(If not available in your area it may well a postcode issue down to budgets and what they will/will not issue but worth asking to double check you are not being fobbed off like I initially was)~Lloyds pharmacy say they do not do it but Boots will be able to fulfil the prescription (they have to order it in for the next day).** Went back on Regelle after a weeks break and so far so good no issues this time.Been back to the doctors and asked for it to be on repeat prescription and could I have two months as I pay for prescriptions!Now have a 2 x 12 pack on repeat so only pay £8.05 every two months.

Worried about buying but works as I need. No odour, not messy, easy application

The product itself works extremely well - give it time, it can take several weeks for everything to settle down (I urge new users to read the leaflet to understand how Regelle works and not to make hasty judgements). However, when I opened today's delivery, I found that the bottom of both packages had opened allowing the tubes to partially spill out into the bag. Given the nature of this product this is very bad from a hygiene point of view. All it needs to fix this problem is a bit of tape to seal each end of the box. If it wasn't for this I would have awarded 5 stars.

After hysterectomy the vaginal dryness was unbearable even tho i'm on Hrt i spend pounds trying Replens ,Sylk,Yes,Vagisan nothing gave me much relief some irritated.In desperation i saw Regelle mention on menopause matters not expecting it to work i ordered and have used every morning for a week. I feel so much more comfortable the burning and stinging, itching gone plus i'm able to wear trousers again.Also not as messy as other products . 100 % helped me never want to be without this product FANTASTIC try it may change your life it has mine.

I’ve used this product for some time. The last 2 boxes of 12 have each had 6/12 tubes sealed but empty. No reply from the manufacturer to an email pointing this out. The clearly know and don’t care. My advice: poor value for money. Find another option.
