Toddler loves the plush realistic horsey
Our toddler loves the action and sound of this horsey. Itâs very plush and comfy for her. It looks realistic and encourages our little one to want to care for it. I am very pleased with the customer support from this company. They went out of their way to make sure our baby girl had her horsey to enjoy in its full capacity. And sheâs enjoying it!

The media could not be loaded. Nice soft child loves it .Down side the back springs keep popping off. End caps keep dropping off. Cause of the material cannot be used outside.

Don't get frustrated đ
Springs were a bit tough to install, but if you install the Springs at the 4 post corners it is easier to move the other bars to the other open end of the spring. I also placed foam insulation around the metal brackets to insure my granddaughter is not injured, but I definitely like the product.

Impossible to put together
Horrible Experience, do not purchase.I purchased this for my grandson and it was impossible to put together. I did contact the company only to get a response that there was an error in the manual on how to put it together.From Company:"I did notice there's an error in the manual, labelling the spring as part #G on the "Inset B" picture, which may make things more confusing. The spring showcased here is part #F.As it says on the "COVER & SPRING ASSEMBLY" section on the manual, you need to insert the hook of part #F into the "bushing" or small hole and make sure it gets to be fully inserted (so, inserted enough as to make sure it's hooked) so it's secure."The above instructions did not help and I wanted a refund but I am older and have arthritis and was unable to box it back up and take it to be returned within the refund period.I have only given it one star because I have to click on something, if not it would be 0 stars. Please beware!
