When I found that my former brand of foundation powder was discontinued I started a search for another good plant based foundation. I checked the reviews of several and decided on Bare Minerals. I did have a bit of a problem finding the right color--had to return a couple before coming close to the color I had (though I wish it were just a little bit darker in tone). I am quite satisfied with the color and the product overall; it covers well and gives a smooth finish.

So glad to find this on Amazon, since they no longer sell this in Sephora stores. Same great quality, well packaged & delivered with care. They also sell this on Sephora’s online store as well, but I like the fact that I can use my credit card points when purchasing from Amazon.

Bare minerals all day, every day — my first time trying this. It is SO beautiful and natural looking; lots of shade options. Light to moderate coverage — it’s buildable (but also can get cakey if you really go wild). Neither matte nor shiny - the finish is amazing.The compact is way less messy than their loose powder foundation and easier to tuck in a purse (and includes a mirror and sponge for touch ups). No spf, however, unlike most of their foundations. I’m layering it over an spf lotion and primer.

I absolutely love this foundation! It’s the only one I’ve found that feels truly lightweight while providing a natural, seamless finish. My skin can breathe, and it never feels like I’m wearing something heavy. It smooths over my pores beautifully without emphasizing them, and there's no cakey buildup. Just a flawless, fresh look every time.

This would get an enthusiastic 5 star two thumbs up if it was reasonably priced. I love this make up, it gives me good coverage but it should be priced lower or last longer.

I love bare minerals products. Im not one to wear make up, however, I do love how this foundation enhances my complexion, nice blending/ tone, smooths over aging imperfections. I went with a color a shade or 2 darker than my skin tone- works for me.

Very good coverage. I lucked out and chose the perfect color. This will be my new GO TO make-up.
