of course it's not alcohol so it doesn't taste like alcohol. But when served up with tonic or soda, it's remarkably close, although with much more citrus and vetiver on the nose. I like this in cocktails as a gin sub. On its own, it's fairly tasty (especially if you try to forget it's called "gin"). Also much nicer than the Sober "whiskey"
