On my second jar of these and have noticed no difference at all!

These gummies taste good. I took them for a month and was definitely feeling better at the end of the month so I ordered another bottle. I'm still feeling the best that I have in years. Can't say for sure that these gummiew are responsible for that, but I am not going to mess with a supplement mix that is working. The gummies are supposed to contain 85 different minerals. I see an ad on tv urging people to try their product that contains 70 different minerals. Only 70? I'll stick with this.

These are really good gummies, they taste good and the texture is great. I'm glad they don't have sugar or corn syrup. Sweetened with honey, Allulose, and monk fruit. No starch, gums or wax. A serving is just one so this is enough for a month. It will last me longer because I don't take them every day.

I have seen some mild changes in my energy levels and sleep quality. The benefits noted are not consistent or long lasting. The flavor and texture are good and they mix well with other supplements. A fair product and a mild value.

apparently auto correct updated my last to say a bad word lol, this is better than the other shij I've had it tastes great and nothing has leaked out and tried to take other stuff over like a symbiote( I have had other shij stuff try!) I actually feel extra energy with this even though most stuff doesn't give me any extra energy cause my ADHD I really enjoy the flavor of these I have to try not to just eat them if they made a just eat candy I would buy it these are delicious.
