Buyer Beware!
As soon as I put this battery in the flashlight it began smoking! I quickly ran outside with it and took the flashlight apart! The battery was smoking inside the flashlight! Buyer beware!

Got as a replacement for an old/poor charging battery, and this one works great. Similar charge time to the original, and the battery life seems good as well. Size is identical - easy match. Not much to criticize - a nice value as well.

So far so good!
These indeed arrived fully charged and I was able to use them immediately. My flashlight seems to have come back to life and it is as bright as it was brand new (it's very old but powerful). They've held their charge so far after moderate use.
