Very pleased with this system
This is an excellent product in every way. Here I compare and contrast it to the “Babysense 5.5” 1080p Full HD Split-Screen Baby Monitor, Video Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras and Audio, 6-Color RGB Night Light, 1000ft Range, Two-Way Audio, 4X Zoom, 5000mAh Battery,” which I bought first but am returning. One principal difference is that the eufy is Wi-Fi enabled and the Babysense isn’t. I’m using a two-camera eufy set-up to monitor a kitten nursery, and it’s great to be able to see and hear what’s going on from inside the app, anywhere I have cell or internet service. The app also lets you invite people to look and listen, which is fun. It’s very well done, offering all the controls (and even more) than the supplied monitor. The eufy offers a sharper image and better color rendition, especially in low light. Night-vision is sharper too – very crisp. Everything looks better on the iPhone than the supplied monitor, but the monitor isn’t bad at all. The two monitors are pretty similar in terms of size, appearance and features.Only the eufy allows cameras to be used for nine hours in daylight and five hours of night vision without AC power, which might be useful for trips, but for 24/7 monitoring it’s best to have them plugged in. It’s dangerous to have cords that cats can chew on, but I think the power is stepped down. In any case, I bought plastic spiral cable wrap to enclose them.Focus is better with the eufy. Both brands’ cameras have standard tripod mounts, which is great. There’s a longer lag time between audio and video with the eufy, but it’s livable.Note that in the eufy, if you take a screenshot in Wi-Fi mode, the icon confusingly is a scissors, and that even if you’re zoomed in, the image won’t be.The “baby-seeking” feature of eufy is confusing and seems to work only intermittently. Eufy has four levels of zoom, vs. only three for Babysense. Color-keyed LED scale on Babysense monitor lets you watch for loud sounds rather than having to hear them. The eufy comes with only one camera, vs. the Babysene’s two. An extra eufy camera is $100, but to me it’s worthwhile.Happy to answer any questions.

A perfect baby monitor
Great baby camera! We upgraded our old camera to this one since we recently also got the Eufy security cameras. The integration was so easy. The camera picture is super clear and has both great zoom and a wide view/pan. Very happy with the switch.

Poor signal on and off wifi
I waited to write this review because I wanted to really give Eufy a chance. I changed settings numerous times and still get very poor signal regardless if its wifi connected or not. I've reset the Eufy cameras and my router with no improvement.By no means, do I have a big house where I might expect this type of issue. I'm talking 700sq ft- shut the door and no signal to the actual baby monitor. Also, I do not like that if you view from the app and then close out of it, it still plays in the background. Again - tried changing app settings and alas didn't stop it from happening again. Is the video quality good? Absolutely!(When it wants to work)Super unreliable, I'll be switching to blink indoor cameras instead & using my HelloBaby monitor. At least they're reliable!Don't waste your money!

A Solid Choice with Some Battery Concerns
As first-time parents, finding a reliable, easy-to-use baby monitor was a top priority for my husband and me. After researching different models, we landed on the Eufy Security Baby Monitor E20, and overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice! It offers a great balance between security, portability, and convenience, but there are a few small drawbacks worth mentioning. What We Love:✅ Portability & Ease of Use – This baby monitor is incredibly portable, which is perfect for moving between rooms or taking with us when we visit family. The compact design makes it easy to carry around without feeling bulky. The range seems alright but can disconnect frequently if you don’t have the antenna up. We’re not in a large home and the nursery is pretty centrally located✅ Private & Secure Connection (With WiFi Option!) – One of the biggest reasons we chose this monitor is that it supports point-to-point (P2P) connection, meaning it doesn’t rely on WiFi for security and privacy. However, having the WiFi option when needed is a huge plus—giving us the best of both worlds.✅ Clear Video & Night Vision – The camera quality is crisp and clear, even in night mode. We can see our baby without any lag or graininess, which is super reassuring during those late-night check-ins.✅ Two-Way Audio & Sound Alerts – The two-way talk feature lets us soothe our baby without having to rush in immediately, and the sound detection alerts us if he starts stirring.✅ Expandable System – We love that we can add additional cameras if needed, making this a great long-term investment as our family grows. What Could Be Better:🔸 Battery Drains Quickly – The biggest downside for us has been the battery life. It seems to drain much faster than expected, and I find myself charging it frequently throughout the day. That said, I suspect my settings (such as screen brightness and sound sensitivity) may be draining it faster than normal, so some adjustments might help.🔸 No Built-in Mounting Clip – While the monitor itself is great, I really wish it came with a clip or a way to attach it to a crib or bassinet. We ended up purchasing the Baby Monitor Mount Camera Shelf, which worked perfectly for attaching the monitor to our rolling bassinet. It would be amazing if Eufy included a built-in mounting solution instead of requiring a separate purchase.Who Should Buy This?✅ Parents Who Want a Secure, Private Monitor – If you’re worried about WiFi hacks, the point-to-point connection is a great security feature.✅ Parents Who Want Portability – If you need a baby monitor that can easily move from room to room or be great travel camera, this is a great option.✅ Parents Who Prefer Non-WiFi But Want the Option – The ability to use WiFi when needed makes this more flexible than many non-WiFi baby monitors.✅ Parents Looking for Expandability – If you want to add more cameras later, this system allows for easy expansion.Final Thoughts:Despite the battery draining quickly, we are very happy with this baby monitor. It provides great video quality, a secure connection, and useful features like two-way audio. The only thing I’d change would be better battery optimization and an included mounting option—but those are minor issues compared to the overall performance.Would we buy this again? Yes! It has been a great investment for our first child, and we’d recommend it to other parents looking for a versatile and reliable baby monitor
