I bought this for my mom's phone but did not use it it is to short.

I needed this connector to replace a broken one on a small white 2-line phone. Can’t find a phone replacement like that anymore, so the replacement handset cord was a must. Perfect fit and works!

It's not really a 15 ft cord it just stretches to 15 ft. When it comes it's only like 3 ft long. A description should be changed.

Item was smaller than the picture represented. Seemed like a good quality but did not meet my needs.

Well, I'll take the blame for this one. I didn't realize that when a cord is advertised as being 6', that it means you have to play tug-of-war with it in order to actually reach that 6'. And before either side wins, your base unit is in the floor. The cord that showed up is what I would consider to be about 2' max, because I'm the kind who doesn't want a totally stretched out cord, nor a base unit walking across the counter when I'm walking around. If you're good with a tight cord, great. If not, be sure to get an 18' cord! It did show up quickly, so I'll give them 3 stars.

I just needed a new cord. This one is a good value. And works as intended too.

Purchased this for my elderly mom so she could talk on the phone while seated on the sofa. The cord provided would not allow this. This cord is definitely long enough and meets her requirement. Very satisfied.
