I swear, it tastes exactly like Welch’s grape jelly when you dry scoop it — weirdly nostalgic and intense!That said, the formula is solid: decent ingredients, a great price, and plenty of caffeine plus beta-alanine to really thrust you into your workout. I take this pre-workout in the morning, and it doesn’t just wake me up — it puts me into full throttle mode, ready to crush my gym session.If you want a flavorful and effective pre-workout (dry scoopers, I’m looking at you), this Welch’s grape flavor is a fun and powerful option.

This product has a unique (tasty) flavor, other products taste like chemicals, I've been using it for a long time and haven't found anything better, the price is fair.

The Pump is real!Can legit feel the stuff working im a big guy and this stuff works amazing for even bigger guys at the dosage they recommend. Nothing feels better then drinking a great flavor and getting that nice warm and tiglingly feeling.

Ghost pre-workout is always good. Works well but i probably wouldn’t get this flavor again hence the loss of a star. That’s more of a me problem than the preworkout though. Flavor very accurately says bubblicious strawberry and that is exactly what it tastes like, but something about drinking bubble gum bothers me more than i thought it would. I’ll probably go back to the warheads watermelon flavor.

Huge container of pre-workout. Makes me feel energized and like I got a great workout. The flavor is great and goes down smooth.

The carbonated can versions always taste a little better, but this orange cream flavor has been my favorite pre-workout/ energy powder. Mixes as well. Tastes like a 50/50 ice cream bar. Felt no crash effects. I mix 1 scoop with at least 12-16 oz of water since the scoop size is large.Good plus to see Ghost removed synthetic dyes. Coloring in ingredients shows now as vegetable juice powder for color.Only con is the beta-alanine ingredient sometimes makes my hands tingle too much. Luckily the tingly/itchy sensation lessens in time.

Personally everyone’s gonna react different with any of these types of products, but for me this is a really good midrange brand that works well for giving a good boost for your workout. The flavor choices are also always good.

This powder doesn’t dissolves the quickest. Now most of them don’t. I find it helpful if you make it the night before you plan on using it and let it sit if you want it broken down more. The quality is of the product is better than I expected. Good taste with a nice dose of the beta alanine, gives me a slight boost of energy. Most preworkouts never have me feeling like Superman before a workout but everyone is different and has a different sensitivity to these things so be mindful of that. 3 out of 5 because although I do like this product chances are I won’t buy again just experimenting with different pre workouts to see which one I prefer most
