I got the 8mm to add weight to my Fringe Dane 2.0 rack. Pin fits securely, and though small, the spring collar does the job. The pin itself weighs a hair under 1.5lbs so you want to take that into effect if making micro changes to the stack.

10mm fits standard gym holes 😏, 90lbs will start to bend pin if you slam, be gentle with her and she will treat you well.

A single 45 plate bend the pin after a couple uses.

Only used once so far, exactly what I was looking for. Limited by machine design but that's not a attachment fault. Excellent value, fits all the pin equipment that the machine design allows. Highly recommend.

The Pin in general is built too weak and not precise enough. The pin that comes with the stack the diameter is 9.8 mm and it fits the 10.1mm holes in the stack.On this product the pin that goes into the stack is 10.1 mm average with a coat of paint on it. So, no matter what you do the pin gets stuck on the way in and out of the stack and gets scratched up or you need something else to knock it back out.The upside to the tight fit is that it does not fall out with higher weights on it. Which leads to the next problem, the construction is too weak. I added 50 lbs to the pin and the weight pulled the pin out and bent it at the base. I can bend it back but that will only work a limited amount of time before it breaks.You get what you pay for.

This product would work better with a shorter barrel. I didn't work with my gyms Panetta equipment

This pin is fantastic. Welds are good and strong, and the powder-coating seems durable. I’m including two pics of a table I found online which lists major gym machine manufacturers and whether they typically use 8mm or 10mm pins in their weight stacks. Take a look and note manufacturers at your gym before you buy. For me, 10mm fit the bill for its larger range and it’s performing well so far across multiple manufacturers as listed in the table.
