It does what it needs to. It can hold a lot of weight.

Yes, they do work as advertised and will fix your GeeekPi rack. My main complaint is the way they designed the back supports, they stick way to far inward preventing devices fitting or being removed from the rear.If they made these with a 90° bracket with the same tab used, there would be no rear access issues.Side slots for anchoring straps would be nice but that would be asking too much.

I needed to mount this to square-hole rack rail using 12-24 screws and the mounting holes were too small. I had to grind them out to fit. Not a huge deal for me, but a major design oversight since this really should be able to work out of the box with all standard rack screw sizes. I've installed thousands of pieces of equipment into racks in the past 25 years and have never before had the experience of mounting holes being too small. OTOH, there's a good chance this will be purchased by a maker who is already aware the world is poorly built and has committed themselves to doing better, so it's just one more damn thing to do.

one of the four mounting holes was not cut out and the shelf is warped. Bad quality control.
