Brilliant
I love this! Yes it is actually a bit heavy, but the fact it folds so can pop it under a bed out the way is so handy! It’s really sturdy and is perfect for when I’m working away in my home office :)

Spacing saving and easy to use
Quick to set up and get walking. There is the smartphone app that needs paired with the device to fully unlock top speeds etc, but it is simple to use and easy to fold away and save space

Disappointing and features do not unlock when following instructions provided
The walkingpad itself is well made and functional, but the app is terrible and the instructions to unlock the features do not work. It took 5 emails to their customer care just to get the reply with the same instructions I was asking for help with in the first email, and still no solution to the problem after almost 2 months!! Very disappointed, its expensive compared to other brands, and with the terrible app, very slow and unhelpful customer service, and inability to unlock the features I paid for, overall very disappointed!!

Didn’t have a digital display on the runner it’s narrow and opens realy easily. Should of been better if it came with some sort of handel

Compact walking pad
Bought this so I didn’t need to go to gym, use for 30 mins a days. It’s compact, easy to use, would prefer screen in unit but this works via an app on your phone. Not too noisy as watch iPad as using, the belt came a little creased, but has not affected use. I bought some oil to oil belt, but not had to use yet. Good purchase and excellent value.

Worked for 2 minutes
I would have given it 1 star, but I added an extra just for how good seller was at dealing with the returns.One of the buttons on the remote kept getting stuck. That was the first thing I noticed.I then went to try out the walkpad itself which at first seemed fine. However, I spotted the belt leaning more to one side, which I presumed was normal since it might need calibrating. I spent a good 20 minutes working out how to calibrate it since the instructions didn't cover this aspect. Hopped back on to see if it improved anything and all it did was just stop running after a few seconds. All in all, got 2 minutes use out of it.Such a shame as it looked great and didn't seem too heavy.

Taller than stated
Height on details incorrect, correct height of around 13 cm is on one image only. Can’t fit in storage. Item works but is louder than expected and delivery was awful. Not the best experience overall.
