I make my own dog food for our dog and this was hard to find. I looked online and this came the very next day. It gives the food a lot of protein which dogs need. So happy I could get it and so fast.......very pleased.

With our most recent rescue puppy who was severely malnourished, even with a couple months of high quality food and other tried and true supplements, his coat was dull, brittle, thin, motley and shed heavily; after reading reviews that stated they saw a difference in two days, I was a bit skeptical because it takes more than two days for hair to grow realistically, but after two weeks, we did see less shedding and new growth coming in shinier, thicker, etc. We’re now in the middle of our second bag and it has made a tremendous difference in his coat, it’s now thick, shiny, healthy, softer (his breed has coarser curly coats so as soft as possible) and there is so much less shedding as an added bonus! My neighbor commented yesterday on how much better his coat is now (unsolicited feedback from a fellow dog lover and rescue dad)....nice to get that unbiased feedback as validation that it’s working....so this product gets an A+ from us! best wishes to you and yours!

I have a 7 year old Beagle who has suffered his whole life with severe seasonal skin allergies. Hot spots would start to develop in spring when things began to bloom and last until the end of fall/early winter when things start to die off and freeze over. There were a couple of times when he had to go on antibiotics for infections caused by itching and chewing so much.I started giving him Pet Kelp Skin & Coat a couple of months ago and I am happy to say that we are nearing the end of May, things are blooming like crazy and NO HOT SPOTS. Not one. He is blissfully unaware that the pollen is exploding around him. He spends half the day outside rolling around in the grass and then sleeps through the night without a care.I am relieved. I was at my wits end trying to come up with new ways to keep him comfortable during (his) worst parts of the year. I hated taking him to the vet to be shaved, cleaned and medicated. This is, (for us), a great product. I don't know what I would have done if it hadn't been effective. I've tried just about everything else.

Sensitive stomach issues along with being a finicky eater left his coat in a state of dullness and overwhelming shedding. Thank heaven he actually likes the taste of this powder on his home cooked food!I would recommend giving this a try if your dog is having skin and/or coat issues. It has been a miracle for our old boy!

I give it to my dog sprinkled on his kibble twice a day. Dose as recommended for his weight. This stuff is awesome. I bought it because my dog has dry/flaky skin even tho he gets high dollar food and salmon oil every day. We use it for 2 months now and his fur is even shinier than ever and his skin isn't as flaky as it was anymore. First of all he loves it, he can't wait til I put down his food bowl (he jumps and dances) and second his anal gland issues are gone after fighting for 4 years! This is the best side effect I could dream of. Not sure if it works for every dog with anal gland issues but it helped us! The stool seems to firm up a lot. This is the 2nd bag I ordered and for sure not the last!!! If there were 10 stars to give I would! Love it love it love it.
