Q: How long would is the cord is on the board and mouse?

It's pretty long..I had to tie mines on the back of my desk in order to make it neater. The cord is also a nice pink and white color.

Q: Are there instructions available in English? I would like to know if the mouse lights can be fixed/off.

You can adjust the brightness with FN + down arrow. You can also adjust the lighting modes with FN + any of the A1-A5 buttons (Ins, Home, Del, End)

Q: Is there a way to use this mouse with a MacBook

I have used both the mouse and the keyboard on my MacBook! I never ran into an issue
