I have not attempted to assess the performance of these batteries, though I have to wonder about the claimed 9900 mAh rating. That's a lot more than many of their competitors; maybe these use plutonium? The one aspect of these batteries which I have been able to test is their size. An unfortunate trend in battery technology seems to make them just a little bit bigger, as a means to increase capacity. The unfortunate part is that they sometimes do not fit well into devices for which they were purchased. Happily, these batteries fit well into everything I've tried.

Great customer service
1st package sent by Amazon was left outside, uncovered, during a rainstorm... In their paper packaging. Contacted customer service to return and they directly took care of it and replaced the product in 48h. Exceptional.The batteries are being used in a small solar project to teach the kids about the sun and electricity. Works great.

Is there a remedy to this situation?
The batteries were bought to replace batteries in solar lights with an on/off switch. When the batteries were installed, they remained lit despite the switch being in the off and/or on position. The batteries remained lit/on and discharged. Since the discharge, the batteries have not been recharged to operate the solar lights.
