Great "REAL" cinnamon!!!
I was not able to find ceylon cinnamon in stores anywhere. After looking on line and reading lots of reviews I opted for Anthony's and I was not disappointed. I love the smell and the taste. It does cost more than store cinnamon, but I think it is worth every cent. I highly recommend!!

Real stuff. Great spicy flavor (little burn on tongue). A little would go a long way.
Real cinnamon and tastes spicy (not bland).Texture:Look no further. After buying another organic brand which tastes like clay (ended up not using), I’m glad I bought this. It’s the real stuff. Tastes spicy and sharp. Color is not too dark (good quality). Would be great for natural mild blood sugar control or any recipie that calls for cinnamon.

Great product with awesome taste
Ceylon cinnamon is the best for health benefits. I've been using Anthony's brand for several years and it's always been fantastic. No issues with clumping or moisture in it, tastes great.Highly recommend this brand. They sell other good products too, I used to purchase their cheese powder but can no longer find it, it was wonderful too.

High Quality
High quality Ceylon cinnamon . Smells and looks superior to other supermarket brands . I put it in my tea, coffee, smoothies and desserts. The bag usually last about 5 months in our household of 2

gluten-free and non-GMO
The packaging was decent and the powder came in good condition. I was happy to see that it was gluten-free and non-GMO, as I'm trying to be more health-conscious these days. The fact that it's also non-irradiated and keto-friendly is a bonus, although I'm not strictly following a keto diet. The aroma of this cinnamon is quite noticeable. It's not the overly strong scent you sometimes get with other cinnamon powders, but rather a subtle, sweet smell that's quite pleasant. I've used it in a variety of dishes, but where it really shines is in my hotpot. I love adding a pinch of it to the broth for an extra layer of flavor. It blends smoothly and doesn't overpower the other ingredients, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a spice.Taste-wise, it's definitely a step up from the regular cinnamon you find at the grocery store. It has a more refined flavor, not too spicy or sweet, just a well-balanced, natural cinnamon taste. I've also tried it in oatmeal, smoothies, and even coffee, and it's been a great addition to all of them.In terms of value for money, considering it's organic and has all these health-friendly certifications, I'd say it's pretty fair. You might find cheaper cinnamon out there, but for the quality you're getting, I think it's worth the extra cost.

True powder with superb flavor and texture
Wow, superb flavor and TRUE powder (ground very fine for the best flavor and mixability). Exactly how cinnamon should taste, smell, and mix.

Best Ceylon Cinnamon I've found - It's Very Close to Cassia
I've always used cassia cinnamon, but after reading about high lead levels in many brands of cassia cinnamon, I decided to give ceylon a try. Most ceylon is a bit different, not as spicy and pungent as cassia and just doesn't have the same cinnamon flavor I'm used to. I've tried a few different brands of ceylon and while they were ok, they were definitely different from cassia. This time I tried Anthony's and it's the closest to cassia that I've found. It's very good cinnamon. In my opinion it has the best of both worlds, the sweetness of ceylon and the spicy quality you usually only get from cassia, plus it says it's 100% organic and (hopefully) you're getting the health benefits of ceylon. If I didn't know any better, I would have guessed it was cassia upon tasting it. I hope they continue to sell this brand for a very long time.
