UPDATE: Within weeks of writing the below review, a team member reached out to me to offer a replacement with an "upgraded" model. Within days it arrived, I charged it to 100% and was able to use all charging ports to ensure it worked as it should. It charged two devices to full and another to 70%, which is great considering one of the devices was being used while charging. Additionally, this model came with a two year warranty so I can feel ease that even if I encounter another issue, it will be fixed. This is one of the best models we've used for portable chargers - slim, sleek, powerful, and easily plugs into the wall to recharge. 10/10 recommend.Well, it was good while it lasted. I purchased this for my daughter in December 2023. Within 6 months, the iPhone charging port stopped working. Not a huge deal, I switched her my battery pack since the Samsung (usb-c) port still worked. Until last week, when I embarked on a cross country whirlwind travel only to find the charger stopped working an hour into my trip. I guess a year and a half is it's lifetime. Disappointing, as it was fantastic when it worked.

Hands down, the BEST portable charger! Used in on a trip to DC and VA last week, where I was taking pictures and constantly draining my battery down to 18%. I didn’t expect much from this charger, so imagine my shock when it quickly charged my phone back to 80%!! AND, there was still 20-30% left on this charger should I need it again. I was able to walk with it attached, plugged in to my phone charging and still use my phone for pics. The built in outlet wall plug allowed me to plug the charger in while we were eating or driving to the next stop. It would get back up to 100% overnight. I’m getting one for my spouse and child, too!

I purchased these portable chargers as Christmas gifts for my three children and four nieces and nephews. So far, they’ve held up well—no complaints from anyone, and they’ve been in use for over six months now.The only concern I have is with the built-in wire attachment. It works fine for now, but I do wonder how long it will last with regular use. That said, the chargers themselves have been reliable and convenient. Overall, a solid gift and a good value.

Best Portable Charger I've ever owned. Not only is the color beautiful, but I love not having to worry about cords everywhere. Having the different adapter plug ins are very helpful too. It even shows the percentage of battery too. It charges my phone pretty fast too (for reference I have the iPhone 16 pro max). When I charge the device itself it charges pretty fast too.

Works very well. I like that it can plug straight into the wall and I don’t have to carry around charging cords. Very durable and can last the whole day. It’s thin and about the size of a phone so it’s very easy to just slip into a purse or backpack when traveling.

My favorite feature of this charger is that I has every single cord attached to it that you could need and. There's a plug on the back so you can just easily charge it into any outlet on the wall. 100% recommend this charger. Also love that it's a number battery percentage. Good size, decent average weight for it. Good quality.

Additionally they added a 1 year warranty to protect against future issues. Will update again if we have further problems.Original review: Love this idea, but it doesn’t last. We bought two of these and one of them no longer chargers when plugged directly into the wall.
