I like it!
Only had it for a couple of days but I already know I like it. If you just plug your guitar into it, the little speaker sounds pretty good. Not like a full size amp, it's a little thin, but you can EQ the tone for a little more bottom. When you plug it into a PA system, it really comes alive. You can find any tone you can think of in the Tonecloud and it sounds great! I left my pedal board at home and used it for a band rehearsal last night and it was pretty awesome. The four presets held all my usual tones and once I get the pedal switcher it will be even easier. I plan to gig with it. The tones I've gotten from the cloud are a little bottom heavy, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Like I said before, you can EQ the patches, I just haven't had that much time to play with it yet. After playing with the amp for a couple of weeks and playing a couple of gigs with it, I'm upgrading to 5 stars. I got the Airstep switching pedal to use with it and it made it easy to use on stage. Run through the P.A. the tones you get out of it are as good as you could want in a stage situation. The thousands of tone patches available, the fact that you can Bluetooth backing tracks, the auto chord function, the Jamtracks, and all the other extras in the app make just those things worth the cheap price of this amp. The only drawback is that it's made my pedal board obsolete. I'm glad I got mine before the price goes up, because it probably will with a product of this quality.

Excellent sound and features from a small package.
Excellent sound and features from a small package. This amp really surprised me! It sounds great for its size with descent enough tone to get into what you're playing. It really sounds bigger than it is. The accompanying app is pretty good and offers a good variety of tweaks to your tone and sound. There is also an AI backing track tool to play with and quite a few conventional backing track styles.I can easily recommend this little amp!

All I need
When I got obsessed with guitars three years ago, all I initially wanted was a spark amp, but I was living in Costa Rica and bringing it to the country was expensive, so I got into actual amps, got myself a vox, and a bunch of pedals, got more obsessed and ended up expending way more than what I was going to expend on the initial Spark that would have satisfied my needs in the first place... I'm a nomad now and travel a lot. After a year of moving around decided to bring one of my guitars with me because it is simply impossible to experience life without the joy of music creation .... when I saw that Positive Grid made more models, and they had this little one available, I had to jump into it.Weights nothing, is powerful, with a beautiful sound and is perfect on the go, has all I need, I couldn't ask for more, satisfied with finally owning my a positive grid amp. When you know you want something, is better to go right into what you want than going around it, getting other things to fill the void of your actual desires. Accept what you want and follow it.

Fun Lil Guy
Probably the best thing I've ever bought. Millions of different times, surprisingly loud for it's size, portable, amazing tuning feature. App is kinda janky but once you get it to work it's amazing. I could even find good tones for my 8 string, which can be very difficult at times because of the low end.

Nifty Little Gadget
Just to flex my street cred (kidding), I've played guitar for 25 years and have several amps ranging from tubed half stacks to smaller, lo-watt combos, to a couple other battery powered amps because they're fun to play even after the neighbors go to bed. This is my first experience with a Positive Grid product and so far the impressions are good.I purchased the Spark Go to dip my toe into the world of Spark. The price is really good for what you get. At it's core, the device itself is essentially a bluetooth speaker with a quarter-inch input and 4 memory banks for configurations saved in the app.The app is where the real power is. It's fun to play around with the pedal settings and dial in a sound worthy of the 4 memory slots. I'm still trying to decide. You could theoretically use this without the app, but half the fun is configuring the sounds that make you want to practice and ultimately not have to use the app so much once it's all set up. The UX of the app is pretty okay. Lots of skeuomorphic elements that fans of GarageBand will find familiar. The sound is decent, especially for drives, modulation and delays. Reverb is laughable and barely audible through this speaker. It feels solid and a lovely little piece of kit.I wish there was a drummer built in, but bluetooth makes it easy to stream drumming backing tracks. Time will tell how this amp works down the road. Who knows if they stop supporting the app / device down the road and we all have fancy door-stops. But hopefully this is something... disruptive to an industry that will not be disrupted. The Spark makes it easy to get going and makes practicing more accessible. I'm still messing with the settings more than I'm playing the guitar, but i'll find my stride soon-enough. I would recommend buying this for any guitarist that's half-way tech savvy.

Best portable practice amp, barre NONE! GET ONE!
This is a 6-7 month review. Let me begin by saying I have put this amp through it's paces and it STILL delivers probably the best sound, amp per amp lol, than ANY and I mean ANY other micro amp in it's category. It has thousands of settings and combination of settings and amp emulations that can range from sparkling cleans to death metal. If I was to suggest an amp to a beginner or pro show needs a travel companion, THIS IS THE ONE. The price is affordable, thankfully, and it's small enough to fit in almost every guitar case. Rechargeable, easy to set and forget, and has a tuner. If you need a review to make a choice, trust this random Amazon review and I'm sure lots of other reviews. THIS MICRO SPARK ROCKS! Literally!
