I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the Digitek wireless microphone DWM-102 that I recently purchased. The company's specifications claimed that the microphone is compatible not only with cameras, DSLRs, and amplifiers but also with smartphones. Based on this information, I decided to purchase the product.Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, I was unable to test the microphone upon receiving it. When I finally had the opportunity to try it, I discovered that the mic does not work with my smartphone. I attempted to connect it to three different smartphones, but none of them recognized the microphone.I contacted the customer care department to seek assistance, and they suggested that I install an open camera app to make the microphone work. However, even after following their instructions and using the recommended app, the microphone still did not function properly. Moreover, I noticed a significant deterioration in camera quality when using the mic through this app.When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the customer care representative, they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the misleading information regarding smartphone compatibility. To make matters worse, my request for a refund was ignored, and the company has since been unresponsive to my calls and messages.I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and provide me with a refund. This device has proven to be of no use to me due to the company's misleading claims, and I feel frustrated by the lack of customer support I have received. I regret to say that I will no longer be considering any future purchases from this company and will advise my followers and acquaintances to do the same.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

Don't buy this mic quality is not goodSound is also poor

The worst decision I have made buying their mics. Its a really pathetic product and a pathetic company. We bought this product because we were looking for a bluetooth mic for our content creation for youtube.But trust me dont buy theirs. Its a bad bad product and spoilt two of our shoots which we only realised when the shoot was over. The sound that gets recorded is distorted, unclear and very heavy which no amount of editing can fix. My wire collar gives a far better output than this expensive product.When I reached out to the customer center, they asked me to ship the product and I did as they said. Its been a month, neither they have fixed the product and they sent a replacement sayiny its a new one, which turned out to be an old product. Attaching the image for that.Its a fraud tech company. I will highly recommend not to but any of their products because if they are faulty, there’s nothing they will do despite a warranty and you will spend most of your time fighting with them.You cant call their customer center and in no way they will call.DONT BUY FROM THEM.

My personal experience:My Sony A7iii camera was set to an audio level of 27 which I do not know. I connected DWM102 but gives heavy noise even at noise reduction level 4. Then I connected my friend's RODE GOII....here no noise at all. I thought DWM102 a waste product. One day I connected DWM102 to my iPhone and shockingly it gave good audio. So, I thought either it might be a 'Camera connector wire' problem OR some settings in the Camera. First I tried to lower the AUDIO LEVEL to 5 in my Sony Camera, and now DWM records good.Finally, my analysis is...RODE's audio quality is extreme and intelligent technology but still, DWM102 is also good as per its price range.The problem with this Digitek dwm102 is they have so many modes but they don't explain all settings in detail. YouTube videos available also don't give in-depth explanations. I did all the experiments myself and found a solution.

This is worst product. I have never purchased this type of product and customer service of digiteck. Kindly help me out exchange of this product. No voice recording from this product. Ihave purchased many product from amazon.
