I have been taking these tablets consistently for over a month. I noticed out of nowhere when I was imbibing where I used to have 2 day hangovers, I no longer had any. I mentioned to my friend who is an M.D. and she told me it's the Turkey Tail. So I will be continuing to take these everyday!

I trust gaia and buy some of their products because I can trust their ingredients. I have only just started to take some mushroom supplements to see if I benefit from them. I did notice a bit more energy but not sure if I can attribute that to the supplement so soon. These things take time. I know if they do help it's because gaiag uses quality ingredients.
