Had to fix it, but works now
Charged one battery then would not charge the 2nd. Examined it and saw one of the chrome pins that connects to the battery was loose and would not connect.Spent an hour or so prying and unscrewing and taking apart until I found the problem: someone at the factory had not melted the little tab that holds the chrome pin in place.Used Devcon Epoxy, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005K091ZU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1, which I had on hand, to glue both pins back in place.Delicate work for me, but after drying a day the charger works fine, just looks a little sloppy as the back is loose, but I'll epoxy that when I get around to it.

Doesn’t work
Tried to recharge battery and doesnt work. Its a piece of junk
