I'm 34 and basically spent my entire life thinking there wasn't really anything that effectively relieves a severe sore throat. I was recently sick with a SEVERE sore throat, like swallowing broken glass making it impossible to sleep sore throat. I got this with a bunch of other stuff to try out of desperation, this legit works and it's kind of surprising. I would expect something like this to have a really bad flavor but it's actually okay.

I can't sing their praises enough these cough drops truly help. I have had a horrible sore throat with ulcers due to my chemotherapy. And these helped so much without having to take the miracle mouthwash that numbs your throat and your tongue in the process. They taste good both flavors. And you can feel like it starts to work within minutes of popping the cough drop into your mouth. It does help with decreasing cough although is not a perfect fix for it. We'll buy again.

Mucinex sore throat drops didn’t quite knock out my sore throat numbness-wise like some others, but man, they taste way better—and they left my mouth feeling normal instead of like a numb zombie. Elderberry and wild cherry flavor? Yes, please. Plus, the little individually wrapped drops mean no sticky pockets, which is a bonus. Solid 4 stars because sometimes flavor > full-on numbness.

I have always used halls or ricola cough drops to soothe a sore throat and they barely work. This was my first time purchasing mucinex sore throat and I’m in awe! My sore throat went away in minutes! Definitely will be getting these everytime!

Great relief for a sore throat, the pain reliever really helps, and it soothes a cough as well. No bitter taste, actually a good taste. Best to put it on back of tongue though otherwise your tongue may get numbed as well as your throat! Best cough drops I ever had, and a good amount for a low price as well.

Works well for sore throat. Only lasts a few hours but that is manageable.Individual packages hard to open. Had to open with scissors. For night time I partially opened a few packages so I would not have to look for scissors in middle of nightOnly 3 stars on these throat lozenges because of packaging.
