I bought these to have ready for a cruise I took recently. Luckily I never needed these to fight seasickness but I did try a 50mg tab one night to prepare for the effects. The closest thing I can compare this to is like taking 2 x 25mg Benadryl, the effects are very similar. And to that end, these would probably work well as an occasional sleep aid. I suppose if you are suffering from seasickness and need to take medicine on the day of, your day is probably ruined anyway, but you can bet on wanting to go to bed afterwards. If you prepare by starting treatment 3 days in advance of your trip, you might be able to acclimate to the effects where the drowsiness won't be so prominent. These are the exact composition of chemicals found in Dramamine, no need to pay more for the name brand.

I get car sick if I'm not driving which is rarely. A couple months ago I got so car sick riding in the front seat while on a flat highway, only an hour drive. I puked 4x. It was such an incredible feeling to have a clear head, clear breathing, eyes that didn't feel strained.Anyone who doesn't want the sleepy side affect, this is a great plan that's only 1 dose of each kind a day but a smaller more continual stream to stay balanced.
