Love my new Quill brush! Holds a lot of water. The 60 is the perfect size for regular watercor use.

I have so much fun painting with this brush!!!

I am a beginner in the world of watercolor, so I have multiple brushes purchased at lower price points not realizing the difference between what constitutes a good brush. However, I hit the jackpot with this brush! It holds water and/or color like a sponge and releases it wonderfully. SO very glad I made the purchase. I'm looking forward to trying more of their brushes in the near future.

This brush is very nice and I use it often. The reason for 4 stars is because the filaments don’t act like sable or squirrel as much as less expensive brands have managed to produce. I was hoping for something a little higher in quality, but it’s still a very nice brush. I don’t have any complaints other than that. Perhaps my expectations were a little too high?

This is a silver brush so of course the quality is wonderful.However, the size of the 60 is difficult to gauge. I went on the silver website and even there, I could not any clarity.The Princeton and Jackson listings for quill brushes are very clear with size comparisons.However, their numbers don't compare to Silver's. I am a beginner and wanted to try a Golden Taklon quill from Silver Brush.I wanted to buy a quill that would be the same size as a round 10. I think the 60 is more like a size 12.Other than the size being a tad too big I love it. Does a great job at loose florals, landscapes, and washes.

This brush performs exactly as I wanted. Excellent product. Holds just the right amount of water and paint. Well made.

Think this is the largest size brush I have so far and it hold a lot of water. I do wish it had a longer point for more precision but still works for a wash and background colors.

Absolutely love this for large watercolor washes. Saves me a lot of time and the paint brush itself is just beautiful
