excellent product for the money!
The bio ball was delivered on time and in great shape. I put it in my Koi pond and it took about 2 to 3 days to see the difference but it most definitely has cleared up the water. I have put it on a subscription basis as I will use it to keep my Koi pond much more clear. Great product!

Does not work
They don't work. I ordered 2, one arrived damaged and I had to send it back. I still haven't received a replacement but received a notice saying it was damaged in transit. Followed the directions on the package and saw zero results

I didn't find it to perform miracles, but that doesn't mean it wont. I do think this is good, and may show more results in late spring rather than early fall.

Amazing
This worked amazing. Everything I have gotten from the pond guy has worked as said don’t waste your money on other brands because it may be cheaper. This and the other supplies they offer definitely works and I won’t use anything else

There are better priced options
You will get just ONE piece. The water treatment claims are way over exaghatthred. Spend same and buy a bottle of API that will do multipole treatments. Look in item description NOWHERE does the seller say it is just ONE piece.
