This is quite a sturdy wrist splints and has the added support of having two extra metal bars on the front side of the wrist which provides added stability.It's quite comfortable to wear although it takes a bit of effort yo position correctly when fitting in order uo get the most support.I found that it was quite small in fitting and had to return the small size and get anotherbinvthe large size.It was fissappointing that there wasn't a medium size available,only small or large.Therefor i had to over lsp it where it wrapped around the outside edge of my wrist,which was hard to achieve without hindering the crlcrow fastening.Over all,I found it to be more comfortable and sturdy than the basic designed ones,but slthough it stabilised the forward and back movement of my wrist,it didn't support my wrist in side to side movement very well.

As an artist, I am constantly using my wrists for detailed works, it is important to keep my wrists maintained and flexible to prevent serious injuries.I have been advised to wear an arm brace while I sleep at night and then use my hand freely in the day. I have been doing this for 2 months or so now and so far there have been no protests from my drawing wrist.Frabic is good, I like the stretchy material inside that prevents your thumb from rubbing against the more durable fabric and also keeps everything in a comfortable position. Straps are super handy. Overall, think it’s definitely worth the price. Arm braces are not meant for use while working, it is to restrict your movement for a reason, to give your wrist a break, I suggest wearing it while you sleep. 8 hours break, warm ups, exercises, stretches and massages is needed to have good mobility.

Bought to alleviate carpal tunnel. I was initially dubious about the fit as the hand has a lot of mobility. I now like this and the wrist stays stable but the hand and thumb can move. So you can wear it all day and night.It doesn’t have any plastic on it so you don’t get sweaty. It appears to be breathable.It is very soft internally and because it is short in length and black, it looks more like I’m a hard core gym goer than a medical appliance.Sleeping well and buying one for the other hand! Pins and needs and burning hand significantly reduced. 80%reduction in pain I would say.

The support it provides is very good but not having removanle plates when washing it it will soon result in some rust appearing and damaging the whole product.
