Hides odor well!
I absolutely love this diaper genie! We received a smaller slightly different version and it did not mask the odor like this one does! This is the perfect height, reasonably priced and a must have! It was easy to put together and is user friendly however my little cannot get into it! The bags that came with it smell so good! The only time you might get a little smell is when you’re changing it!

No stink escape
This one holds in the stink!! We had an earlier model which worked until you opened it, then the stink would come out. This one no stink escape.

It is safe to say that I think ALL parents should get this gadget. Of course it’s going to have to get changed every hour but it does mask the scent of the dirty diapers.

Handle to open is frustrating
Our first diaper genie was a hand-me-down, so we got used to the old handle to open it. This new one now is trickier to open to empty the pail. This is both good (more toddler proof) and a little annoying.
