I was able to fill them with Skittles stacked on top of each other. Not sure measurement but pinky width. Smaller than the standard test tubes I use in class.

20g. per tube or 20ml, so 50 tubes at 20g = 1000g or 1000ml

Q: are the tubes marked w/ ml measurement lines on them?

The tubes do not have any markings on them. They are colorful tubes ready for you to fill.
