Unfortunately, there is nothing on the can by the Mfg as to High Humidity for this particular product. I believe this is for general every day fabric such as upholstery, throws, table linens, fabric purses, clothing, canvas shoes, backpacks and luggage. Scotchgard does have two other products that are suited for outdoor use. However, I found no evidence regarding if they protect from High Humidity. One is Outdoor Sun & Water Shield (Yellow Bottle/Repels Rain & Snow) and is for patio furniture, grill covers, tarps, flags, awnings, etc. The other is Scotchgard Outdoor Water Shield (green bottle/Repels Rain, Snow and Moisture) and is made for outerwear, rain gear, unbrellas, patio furniture, backpacks, luggage, canvas tarps, boat cover, etc. I would highly recommend calling 3M Home Care Division to see if any of the last two protects from high humidity. Great investment

The Scotch guard works wonders. I will definitely buy some more of this product because I’ve been having my couches for over two years now and they’re like a cream color and I haven’t had a stain on them yet.

Good product but one can defective and useless

This item was on back order so had to wait a bit to receive it, which was expected but one of the cans was completely defective and I couldn’t use it at all. I paid for 4 cans and was only able to use 3 of them.

Good stuff

My house is decorated in cream mostly so I used this on several pieces. It works great. It has saved me from coffee spills several times it just sits on top without absorbing into the fabric. Amazing stuff!
