Its been over a year since I have been using this pan and its been amazing. I mostly use it for frying eggs and I only wash it using the dishwasher and it looks just as good as new. The non-stick coating still works flawlessly and infact feels like its so far lasting me better than Teflon pans have lasted previously. No warping of the pan or scouring of the coating has occurred. Knowing this is ceramic/granite gives me a lot of peace of mind since I have been wanting to get rid of anything plastic/polymer such as Teflon/PTFE that may leach PFAS/PFOA into food from my cookware. I love this pan, so much that I might urder more utensils from this brand to replace my older cookware. Highly recommended.

This is honestly the best ceramic skillet I've used, and I've tried many in this price range. Love the lid and tool that comes with the version I bought. A note: I thought the handle was wood or bamboo but it's metal (unless this is some new plastic I'm unaware of). That is no matter to me but it might be for you.

This is my second or so month using them. I was able to cook eggs, chicken, beef, veggies. ANYTHING like regular! I am so happy with these :) they are beautiful ( I got the black ones to hide any stains that might occur) and they are easy to assemble. I especially enjoy the sizes it came with. Each size has its own use. GET THESE :D

It's not non-stick.I had to spend quite a bit of time scrubbing down both sides of my pan to get it clean after it slowly accumulated buildup after several months of use.However, the alternative would be teflon, which is *always* non-stick but is also starting to show up in the bloodstream of newborn babies because it turns out it's a global health and pollution problem.

I bought two of these skillets to try. They are the best skillets I have ever used snd I’m a senior. You won’t be sorry if you buy them.

A real bargain! Low prize but high quality…this pan really does not stick. I bought a pot last year and it was the same good quality…you can‘t go weong with pots and pans from Eslite!

My package came today. The pans look nice but the lid for the large size skillet is shattered. I don’t want to send back the whole set. Can you please just send me a replacement for the damaged lid?
