After a year of attempting to descale my laden eyebrow, this product worked within 4 days to reduce the scales, redness, dried area and continues to improve day by day. Price compares very favourably also compared with previous products which did not work anywhere near as well.

Cannot tell you just how pleased - how Relieved - I am to have found this cream. Developed psoriasis 8 months ago - started as a smudge under one arm and ended up being two burning scaly 18 inch long rashes that mystified the GP - had multiple treatment courses for bacterial infection, fungal infection, steroid-based anti-inflammatories - it'd abate and then come roaring back.It finally settled into two raw, red football sized underarm patches - by this stage I was trying anything (btw for fellow sufferers at the end of their tethers, hypochlorous acid solution mixed w aloe juice and a few drops of cold pressed rosehip oil, spritzed onto the area does give temporary relief to the discomfort - your mileage might vary).Whilst looking online, basically for for Hail-Mary solutions, came across this product - Thought how could it work, it just seemed too easy an answer. Added it to my routine, and within 3 days the redness had dulled to a brown, 100% of the pain and maybe 95% of the discomfort had gone. That was incredible. So my full application routine is the spritz, wait 5 mins, apply this E45 cream, finish w Dermol500. So darned Grateful to be able to have hot showers, raise my arms above my head, wear more fitted clothes again lol This is a product that's relieving this horrible problem and I can't recommend it enough.

Good cream to help avoid psoriasis flare ups but not an effective treatment for me, for that you will need prescription medication. So I found the cream helpful and soothing but it is quite expensive for the small amount in the tube.

Great product , clears up my psoriasis within a day or two

I have guttate psoriasis and this didn’t do anything to touch it however I could imagine it working for other types and mine has been very difficult to treat so I think the product itself is great and really softens the skin but wouldn’t bother if your psoriasis is very hard to treat as you will need something stronger prescribed. I tried this E45 preparation during the heatwave in late June as I developed a prickly heat rash on my legs and arms. It was quite effective at reducing the heat in my skin and reducing the itch at least as a stop gap until I could see a GP and get two prescriptive drugs. E45 itch relief gel also offered an immediate cooling effect, but for me it didn’t tackle the itch as well.

Definately recommend this product. I have dry patches on my knees which I've struggled with for years. Have tried lots of moisturises and this has worked the best. I also had dry heels and this cleared up the dry areas

You can see it sinking into your skin before your eyes. It doesn’t really have a smell and it seems to last for hours and then you can just reapply as many times as you want.
