My mom's lawn had a lot of overgrown weeds and grass and a service wanted to charge us $300 to clean it up. I said NO, bought this little cutter, and trimmed EVERYTHING for less than $40!!!! I was able to put it together in 2 minutes and it was already charged so I started using it right away. It is very powerferful and those sharp blades chopped thru all the tall weeds, the thick grass, and even some big branches on the bushes. I cleaned up the entire front yard in less than an hour and it looks amazing. I can not reccomend this trimmer enought especialy if you're trying to save money by taking care of a lawn yourself. It's lightweight and you don't need any muscles to use it.

Fantastic tool! Out of the box it was charged and was able to cut grass for a full hour. To fully recharge from empty took about an hour as well. Did well on dense weeds. Simple to assemble and use. Comparatively, the price far outweighs the cost of a landscaper each week. Well worth the time to cut the lawn myself.

I like the size, weight and proportion of the main power unit. The easily interchangeable blades from grass clippers to mini shrub trimmer is genius.The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the grass clipper easily jammed on some nearby mulch. I had to open the clipper and reset the rotating gear back into its tract. After that, I used it far from mulch and had zero problems over the next 3 days of use. I am keeping it because it's so handy and the cutting blades are effective in trimming small branches, grass and weeds.

I like that there is a safety button, but am more glad that you dont have to keep holding it while you use it like you do on some others. This one, you hit it once to turn it on then it works, just holding the main button while in use. The battery does ok, I got my yard area done which is quite large, all in one charge

I've only used the shrub trimmer so far, and it works great! I used it to trim the long "sticks" from last year's flowers on my lavendar bushes, and I also trimmed some of the shaggy branches off. I had been doing it by hand the last two years since I bought this place, and this trimmer was a huge time saver! Plus, it didn't bother the arthritis in my hand as much as using the hand shears.I've no doubt that the shears will also work well.I like the safety button that you have to hold down while pressing the "on" button, although it was sometimes difficult to hold them down simultaneously - perhaps because of the arthritis.So far, I am very happy with this power tool, and hope it lasts for many seasons!

This gem works like a charm. Really surprised on how so much hedge was trimmed so quickly. Took only a few hours for initial charge and away we go so easily. You can see how much came off just with a couple of passes. This will pay for itself on just this first trim over what my lawn service would charge. And I'm a senior with a bad back...ugh!! Great buy!

The power button must be held down at the same time the on button is pushed. The power button is very stiff & your thumb has to be in the exact correct spot for it to engage making it difficult to get a clean smooth cut. I was using it to trim a topiary with the grass shears attachment. Took me twice as long to do the job because of this.

It's great for small jobs where you don't have much room. The blades could be a little sharper. I trimmed around a headstone and it took several passes to. get all of the weeds and extra lawn growth. I will probably trim the gravestone once a week. It will be easier then. It works well and does a lot for its size. It has a lot of battery power also and I am a satisfied customer.
