Still early to know if they work. But being real I feel less tired since started with these. Slight metalic taste as all the iron supplements but being honest the lollipop taste helps it out. I love that they're sugar free too

Recommended for anyone who finds it hard to take vitamins in tablet form

I've been dealing with iron deficiency problems for years and have always struggled with prescribed or over-the-counter solutions causing me tummy problems. I bought these as I don't tolerate tablet forms and these offer a modest boost of 5mg while being affordable. I take one after dinner alongside a 2.5mg iron gummy from a different brand + my evening dose of magnesium. So far, I've had no tummy aches or nausea issues so I'm pleased with that! My only issue is that the bottles I got are very sticky?? I'm not sure if that's usual, but it means I can't dose them out the way I prefer because I don't want the stickiness getting on my things. It's also not the most delicious tasting gummy supplement in the world but iron can be hard to mask the taste of so I just try to chew and swallow quickly! I'm not sure if I'll be rebuying once finished but they do the job for now

These taste ok but they are very sticky. They stick to bottom of tub and bit of a strange consistency. Given 3 stars for the taste but knocked 2 for the stickiness and consistency.

Taste and texture were horrible. Bought it as an alternative to tablets and syrups because the taste and texture made me nauseous and this was somehow worse. It was also super sticky.Also, I bought two and one didn't have a protective seal like the other did so that's very concerning.

These are a very pleasant way to increase your daily iron intake. The only slight drawback is that the gummies stick together in one big clump in the bottle as they're not coated in anything, but it's good that they're not coated in sugar, I suppose!

Presumably these supply with what they say they do, and they taste OK, although there is a slight aftertaste of iron. Easily got rid of by eating something else though so I take them before breakfast. Slightly gummy rather than chewy too.

These are not pleasant to take. The gummies are sticky and wet and stick to each other in the bottle. The consistency is less like a gummy sweet, more like eating a prune, and it doesn't taste of anything really, except leaving an unpleasant taste similar to taking cod liver oil in the back of your mouth after.
