I had great fun cleaning things around my house. The only issue is the cord isn’t long enough to clean your windows outside so you need an extension lead which is a bit of a faff. Would have been better if it was cordless. It does a great job though and gets really hot, so be careful! I do like the safety of it. You can not remove the lid unless all the steam has been emptied. Good value for money and easy to use.

I do use and enjoy this product but it’s important to know that when you first fill it (even when not overfilled) it will drip warm water so it’s worth giving it a little squirt in the sink first until you get steam. My only frustration with it is the capacity is small, so it does need filling often and you have to wait a strong half an hour if not longer for the lid to actually release to refill it. I guess this is a safety feature but it can be frustrating midway through a satisfying deep clean. It’s lightweight and easy to use otherwise with a fairly long wire. It’s very powerful and comes with many attachments. For a budget steamer this is not bad at all!

This is a great little steamer, it has plenty of attachments, so you can steam carpets, furniture and windows. It's not the biggest steamer, so if it's a big job it needs plenty of refills; that.said it's excellent value for money.

I've had a steam gun for about 15 years and it died this year, so replaced it with this one. Plus thing is that it holds more water than my original one, so lasts a bit longer. I find it fiddly to use, and that's my main gripe, the 'safety cap' does not always engage when you push it down and then it just turns round and round. This morning, I used the gun to freshen up the rugs in the Living Room and also the loose covers. Came to refill it, and this happened, it took me nearly 15 minutes to get the cap off. The other not really a gripe, is that it is nowhere near as powerful as my old gun. But it was half the price, and it has freshened the rugs, loose covers and curtains. Clearly you get what you pay for, something I will bear more in mind in future

Bought this to clean bathroom mainly, but have used it everywhere now! Great price for such a useful product, lots of attachments for various uses. We have cleaned bathroom tiles and the grout and really pleased with the result, especially as took very little effort. Cleaned paintwork and the window ledges where dirt has accumulated in the outer ridges. The cars have also had a good clean, the different tools are perfect for cleaning hard to reach places. Highly recommend this product.
