Does the job
After 50+ years of motorcycling and stopping to read maps I finally moved into the 21st century on the advice of a friends 20 year old son. Had a few cheapo ones which were exactly that, cheap, but this one is great, holds the phone securely, a couple of allen screws so fit and it's done

It works
I never use to use a vibration damper but a pal had his iPhone ruined not using one with his quadlock. So after that I figured I had better buy one. It makes the mount a little more bulky, but the difference is definitly there. Holding on to my phone without it you can feel it vibrating, but with the mount I can feel nothing on the phone.
