Bought by mistake. I prefer the stir fry noodles, the thin ones are too thin.
These noodles are okay. I bought them for my home-made pho by mistake. I prefer the stir fry noodles of the same brand.

These noodles are just S good as fresh. They are a quick dinner when I end up with odds & ends veggies. Just add sauce. Yummy

Great flavor. Better when broken apart for shorter length before cooking.

Delicious and easy
I use these to add to veggie spring rolls. They are delicious and add a different texture to the rolls. I've also used them to make homemade ramen soup. I live in a food desert for variety, so Amazon to the rescue.

Packaging issue
We love the product and gave max stars, the problem is shipping. The manufacturer packaging was appropriate for grocery shelves, not for shipping. Amazon placed the fragile box in a mylar envelope. Of course the boxes are crushed and torn. I am not returning it because there is no contamination. I hope you will rethink how this product is shipped.

My husband was excited to have noodles
We don’t eat noodles in the house so I finally bought thin noodles to make a shrimp stir-fry and my husband was so excited to see noodles on his plate lol they only Took 4 mins took cook. They didn’t clump together which was nice! The quality was awesome. Super easy to work with. We both loved the texture of the noodles and paying $3.00 was fine for a box of noodles. I definitely recommend this product
