I worked at a church and a youth camp for about 3 years and these were a God-send ESPECIALLY at the camp. We would be facilitating big group games and speaking to groups of 600+ teens from an auditorium so my voice was constantly strained. I've recent come to the conclusion that I just don't do well with menthol cough drops. They upset my stomach and feel like they burn my mouth. These are not nearly as bad as others I've used, but it's still not easy on my mouth. However if you tolerate menthol well, these are very effective. They provided stronger pain relief and numbing then ordinary menthol drops alone.
