I'm not very consistent at taking supplements and took them for around 5 tays - I had a reduction in pain after a couple of days. I stopped for about a week then started to feel pain again - so started taking them again and pain relief was very quick - by the end of the day. I'm going to keep going for a while now as I am in a lot less pain

An Asian lady colleague of mine recommended Turmeric to me as an immune system boost as I suffer from colds a lot. We've worked together for around 3 years and I've never known her to have a cold and she says it's because she uses a lot of turmeric in her cooking but that supplements are just as good if not better and said that I should try them; so I did. I had one cold last winter before we were grounded so I think that they did help me but what I hadn't realised before trying them is that they were an amazing pain reliever! Since the lockdown, I haven't really felt that I needed them for an immune system boost but when I stopped taking them all those niggling and not so niggling pains came back so I had to start taking them again.These ones are the usual yellow colour, they are odourless and tasteless and are capsules, which I find easier to swallow than tablets. There are 60 capsules in the tub and you take one or two a day, so they would last a month or two, depending on how many you take a day. The cost of £19.95 at the time of writing this review makes them a considered purchase but they are liposomal, which makes them more bioavailable, meaning that you will get more benefit from them than a cheaper brand. So if you know you get on well with turmeric then this is a good choice to step it up a notch.

I suffer with chronic inflammation in my stomach as well as inflamed joints so this should have been great for me but unfortunately I didn't notice any health benefits and it didn't help with my pain.While the curcumin and turmeric should help the black pepper would have caused more stomach problems for me so I stopped when I noticed i wasn't feeling well.It is a little expensive for what it is as you can't actually confirm all the benefits that they talk about.It is nicely packaged however and I do love the black with a pop of colour but this just wasn't;t for me.This is my honest and unbiased review.

These are high quality capsules that also command a high price. Are they effective enough to warrant such a high price? Debatable, as I haven't experienced noticeable health benefits. They may be effective over time and, from reading upon turmeric and curcumin, is shown in some scientific research to have high antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties (specifically the compound curcuminoids) which will be beneficial for long-term wellbeing and function of the immune system. What elevates these capsules above others is the nutritional breakdown of the all-important curcuminoid content which provides reassurance that these are high quality capsules. The price is off-putting though, for something that may be effective but not one I can wholeheartedly verify in my limited time using these.

Been taking turmeric for many years, last ones I had changed colour and noticed how aches were returning, so changed.Best I have found to date and an excellent price.

For £20 you receive a 30 day supply of Curcumin, an extract of Turmeric, in capsules which include both a standard and liposomal version of the herb.It is rare to find a supplement that includes standard extracts and liposomal extracts together - the liposomal extract of other supplements is touted to have a bioavailability of 185x that of regular Turmeric, while the standard Curcumic extract with Piperine is touted to have a 20x increase in bioavailability.In contrast to many other supplements, a total of 210mg of Curcuminoids (between two capsules) is less that half of others, but as this includes 100mg of liposomal extract, this is far more bioavailable than the standard Curcumin supplement you'll find online.This supplement includes regular Turmeric powder at 175mg per capsule, which is not standardised to any specified level of Curcuminoids, thus is just there as a filler. I dislike this because this is space that should have been used for a standardised extract and not simply the same powder that you use in cooking.It also includes 75mg per capsule of Turmeric standardised to 10% Curcuminoids, which again is essentially a filler considering the low proportion of Curcumin.While I do think this is a good supplement, it could be further improved by increasing the quantity of Curcuminoids and removing standard Turmeric which is used mostly as a cheaper filler material. For £19 I think this is quite comparable to many other supplements on the market so, despite a few things that could be improved, it is a worthwhile supplement for the money.

Definitely improving my energy levels and seems to be helping hubby's aches and pains.
