I needed a raised toilet seat for a visiting elderly relative. This was one of the few that I found that has a splash guard, and is also narrow enough to fit in my limited space. It is very sturdy and was easy to assemble.

This is my fifth purchase of this product over the years. I have purchased this item for my senior relatives and for those who have had a surgery that limits their mobility. I don’t have to search or compare similar products. I just go to my previous orders, select this one, and have it delivered to the person who needs it. The height can be adjusted for my short and tall relatives. This is a good product that lasts.

Seat seems a little flimsy/bendable. I really like the added "funnel" to be used when the commode is positioned over a working toilet. Easy to move commode out of the way to be able to use the toilet without the commode frame. User is a 130-pound woman, so fragility isn't an issue.

Easy to assemnle

This commode is very easy to set up and use.. There are only a few parts that are mostly drop ins. It is a pleasant gray which blend s in with most rooms.It doesn't have to be just for incontinence, it's great for those who get up at nightf and have to wander to ge to the BR. I insert 4 gallon black plastic bags so clean up is so easy. I just take bag to toilet, empty, and thow bag away. Do not flush bag down toilet.I got the fold up one if you dont want to see it. I just put a throw over it, and looks like chair. Child can use it, too.

I initially gave a fair rating to this prior to assembly, because the commode was cracked. Hopefully it would have been replaced. However upon assembly, the toilet seat and lid will not attach to the rail. So this unit is useless to the intended user. It cannot be used as a toilet for the seat cannot be attached to sit on. It cannot be used as a shower seat for the same reason.I purchased this because of the fold down, stow away feature. Sadly because there is a 'NO RETURN POLICY', I have wasted my money on an item that is greatly needed for post hip replacement surgery. My husband and I are on a fixed income and do not have money to throw away on items that are damaged and do not fit. The item has not been used, because it cannot be used due to the imperfections. I am asking the seller to have a heart and let us exchange the item.
