I absolutely love these, they have gotten me through an entire semester of collage sleeping 8+ hours a day. I love their value for money, you get a lot for a small price, unlike melatonin gummies these are absorbed fast expect to get sleepy within 10-15 minutes. Their flavor can get a little strong and spicy but its well worth it for a good night sleep. If you want cheap melatonin buy this product.

I discovered melatonin over a year ago and it has been a game changer.Since then, I've tried various brands and quickly realized I don't want sugar filled gummies at bedtime so I switched to pills and dissolve tabs to try.My wife and I tried these. They are too powerful for her and take too long to kick in. She wakes up groggy with gritty eyes.As for myself? They absolutely knock me out in the best way and as someone who wakes up to use the facilities and has trouble getting back to sleep, these allow me to get right back to sleep better than any other brand I've tried and that is where they truly shine for me.I just place one under my tongue about 45min before bed time and let it slowly dissolve on its own. They have a slight sweet taste that is pleasant and 45min later (or a bit sooner), I'm yawning and ready for some shut eye.You also get a lot for the price. Much more than the gummies versions.

Good value for the buck. 12mg per pill versus 10. They really do help me get to sleep. The flavor is pleasant and they dissolve easy.Take a half hour before you want to be asleep. Turn off the lights and TV and put away your phone and tablet. Prepare for a good nights rest.

My son and husband both take these nightly and they work really well for them. The dissolvable tablets are easy to take, and they help with falling asleep without grogginess the next day. Personally, they don’t work for me. I tend to get headaches from melatonin, but I’m also pretty sensitive overall. No issues for the rest of my household though, and we keep them stocked.

Works great! Finally found something that works, it takes a bit longer for me but I do not wake up feeling groggy or out of it with this item. Taste isn’t awful as it is a dissolving pill but do have a drink handy for the finish. I have tried many sleep aids and for me this is the one that has been the best by far.

I’m giving it 5 stars because it does its job. Almost too well. I started taking a full tablet and it really helps me fall asleep and it helps me get some good sleep to the point where I dream. The only issue in my opinion is that the following day you need to be aware that your body is going to feel like a sack of potatoes until enough time has passed. I started taking half a tablet and it still does the job and I only feel like half of a sack of potatoes the next day. I’m not sure if taking it earlier will help, but it doesn’t force you to sleep, you can stay up if you wanted to after taking it but when you choose to go to sleep it’s just easier to do so. Overall if you want to fall asleep faster and have a good nights sleep, I’d recommend this. Just be aware that if you had to drive somewhere early in the morning then I’d probably say not to take it the previous night

I have insomnia, and most over the counter stuff does not do anything for me. This Melatonin does work well for me, however. I like the berry flavoring of the tablets, and it's an excellent value.

I do not like the taste or the aftertaste. But it works.
