Arrived in good time, unfortunately 1" not working, contacted amazon within window return to deal with the matter, was told i would have a reply in 3 to 5 working days,did not get a reply and when i contacted them again was told am out of return window, i think thats unfair cause my original contact was on time. Sent me email to contact manufacturer however not seeing any way to contact on there, so it seems am stuck with a defective item which i need as i teach craft and need to use it. The other punches works very well would be great if i can get a replacementUpdate 6/04/21 contacted the supplier Pien prior to this date and they are generously sending a replacement, am so thankful for their action, cause the punches work great

These punches are made really well, sturdy, punch clean, easy to use. I like the slide away plastic catch section on the bottom, so you can see where your project to be cut lines up. A little pricy but you get what you pay for.

Bought this to make cupcake toppers for my sons birthday party & it cut them out perfectly.
