Disney Princess Complete Collection Box set [Blu-ray] [2019] [Region Free]

I love Disney princess movies, but more importantly these are some of my grandkids favorites. We have already watched all of them once and will have many more enjoyable times together watching.The book is beautifully done.

Really really upset. No matter where I try to play the movies it says the region code is wrong. When I bought this it said nothing about the region! I got this for my daughter's 3rd birthday and she just wants to watch Princess movies but she can't.

I'm planning on deleting Disney plus so I'm buying up box sets.

So we’re taking our first family trip to Disney, and to get the kids amped up, I bought this set of classic Disney movies to watch in our car on commutes. I specifically chose this set because the item description says “[Region Free]”, meaning it should be compatible with DVD/Blu-Ray players anywhere, no matter what their UMD region code is (we’re in the US). So imagine my kids’ disappointment (and my frustration) when we load up the first movie in our Honda Odyssey and the screen shows an error message saying “This disc will not play due to the region code setting of the player.” Same for the 2nd and 3rd movies, at which point I stopped checking. Totally inaccurate item description, what a rip-off and waste of my time spent researching!

Some of the disks won’t play. They say the wrong region, but a few did so I didn’t find out about the ones that won’t til it was past the return window.

Ok, so this set is a gorgeous set, and MOST (8/12) of the movies are region-free, and the video quality is as expected.However, 4 discs will not play due to region restrictions on the discs. After looking closer at the product received and the posting, 2 of them are not expected to play in Region A (USA) (unless you happen to have a region-free Blu-ray player, then this won't matter).It is noted on the back of the box that the following 2 discs are NOT region-free:- "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs"- "The Princess and the Frog"The regions shown on the discs match the box and the image in the listing.However, I am deducting 1 star for the posting not being clearer. I did not see this when ordering, even after thinking I had been SUPER thorough at reading everything in the listing, due to several reviews having region issues. Based on all the reviews about this issue, and usually for these 2 discs, it's clear most people are missing that very, very fine print on one product image. While this should have been clearer in the posting, I don't consider this a product flaw. Instead, it is more of a product description/listing error since the product indicates the region restriction. (see attached images). I will probably replace these 2 discs myself.But the biggest reason I am deducting 2 stars because 2 of the discs that are supposed to be region-free do get a region restriction error when I try to play them in my Blu-Ray player that is set for Region A (USA), these 2 discs are:- "Cinderella"- "Sleeping Beauty"I consider it a product flaw that these 2 discs do not play as expected. A few others have also noticed issues with these 2 discs, so I think there is a quality control issue for these 2 discs. If you purchase this item, I recommend double-checking that these two discs work for you and have (A, B, &C regions listed). I am still deciding whether to replace these two discs myself and keep the rest, or return the item. If I hear from the seller and they are able to replace the two discs that should play, I will update my review.I hope this review and calling out those two disc restrictions are helpful to others who are looking at this set.

Would give 5 stars but two disc don’t work! The whole lay out is amazing and having a pictures on the disc adds to how this book of blueray are good.

This would be 5 stars but 3 of the disks do not play and say region error. They are blue rays and I am playing them on the PS 5 which is not supposed to be region sensitive for DVDs. Snow white, sleeping beauty, and princess and the frog do not play, which I find interesting because there is another review from another individual who said that those same disks did not work for her, and the item I received was unwrapped and had the old original plastic wrap in the box from when someone received and opened it before. Makes me wonder if it was the same lady who received this box set before me and returned it since the same disks are not working. If this company could send me functioning disk for the three movies that will not play I would appreciate it, but I assume they will not.
