Good winch for the price
Looks good on my wrangler. Was easy to install. I did direct to battery install since it is my daily driver so I don’t have to worry about any slow battery draw. Haven’t gotten stuck yet so can’t comment on if it will pull me out but did use it to move a large tree branch and it did the job with ease. Seems well built and I like that it has 2 wireless remotes plus the corded control if needed. I will update if I have to use it for recovery.

Installed on 2010 jeep jk 4dr
Nice winch havent had to use it on anything major but did a test pull and it worked well. I like that it came with 2 remotes and a removable hardwire controller as well.

Small Winch but Good Value and Capable
Unit was smaller than I expected but was up to the task of pulling my Corvette up a small incline into the garage for repair. It is not an instantaneous high-torque quick device but it got the job done. I bolted my unit to the garage floor and can remove it when tasks are finished. Well worth the modest price.

Good but could use quality control
Design and function are quite good at the price. Only one problem to note is the handle used to engage or disengage the drive was misaligned and would not seat properly to install the locking switch.Thankfully I have tools and rigged it for success.Great little tool.

Pulled my quad out of a sand pit buried to the frame
Great little winch for the money. Wiring is kinda short but just enough to work

Beware
The up/down or in/out buttons were reversed on the hand control. Fortunately I was able to take the button clear plastic covers off and switch the stickers. The cable is very thin. Seemed like a strain at 300 lbs. There is NO WAY that I will consider 2000 lbs on this cable. Very noisy. I have several hoists/winches and this one is by far the loudest. The roller guides do not bolt onto the winch, they bolt onto the winch mount so if you can't use the mount or need to make a different kind of mount then ya gotta fabricate a way to use the roller guides. But get this --- the hook is too big to go through the rollers and the rollers are press fit and cannot be removed from the housing. So I either have to cut the cable and crimp a new hook on it or abandon the roller guides (which I need) or fabricate my own roller guides. Also, the hook has a very tight opening so ya can't put any kind of a decent sized strap in there - yet another reason not to attempt a 2000 lb load. Very disappointed.

Small bit lot pulling power
Was easy to install .Iam using this to winch my jet ski on my homemade jet ski ramp. Pulled it up with ease. Just tap be louder than my H F 2500 winch. If anything the remote could be longer wires.Iam sure they could be spliced to fit what I need.

Great winch so far.
I got the 13500 and have only had it for a week now and have got to use it 3 times so far. I am pulling trucks up on to a large tilt bed equipment trailer. These trucks are loaded with scrap iron and weigh up to 8000lbs loaded and this winch has absolutely no problem pulling them on the trailer. I'm with everyone else that you do have to wire up the winch when you get it and not sure why they just don't do it before sending it. Everything worked just fine on the install and wiring for me except for the 2 wireless remotes. The remotes did work but the buttons were backwards, as in was out and out was in. The wired controller worked just like was supposed to so I had to take the cover off the control box and switch 2 of the wireless control wires with each other. It was two of the wires right on top, I believe it was the white and yellow from the wireless control box that I swapped places with. If everything was put together before shipping they could test all of this. I'm happy with it so far and if something changes I will try to give a fallow up review.
