Q: Why are some of the product stale and once in a while get a tasty one?

We have not experienced this, as we too, enjoy this product. Every individual pack is sealed for freshness!

Q: in the product description it says shipping weight is 4.4 pounds? is this what you guys received? on the omega-3 flavor only.

Each individual serving bag contains 8ea. 1oz. small bags, which is what I purchased. I do believe you can purchase these product in large multi-serving bags, which may be what you are referring to. I have not tried the large bags. I have tried the Omega-3 and Antioxidant flavors, but prefer the Antioxidant, the most. However, the Omega-3 is also very good.

Q: Is this just for 1 Bag/8 indiv bags? Its at Menards for $4.00 each
