These cords can work for both DS Lites and 3DS’ of all kinds. I have a new Nintendo 3DS XL and the product works perfectly. Having a USB-A end allows me to plug it in anywhere and grab a charge. Charge rate is good, the cord length is a little small, but the tradeoff is worth it compared to the cord that comes with the default 3DS. I would rather have a slightly shorter cord I can plug in anywhere than one that can take up 2 plugin spots on a power strip. Great purchase that is worth the price.

Can just say that I'm very satisfied. They fit and charge just like the OEM 3DS charger. In fact, they are quite a lot more adaptive than the OEM 3DS charger because you can use these to plug in a portable charger without the need of searching for a wall socket; of course you need to make sure that the portable charger is fully charged before using them.

I started living off grid and most of my stuff is USB powered. I was so happy to find USB chargers for my 3DS XL

It's a perfect cord for charging my 3DS, I mean, it's the only cord I have to change it, so not much for competition. So far (about a week), the cords have been holding up well to frequent use as well.

Perfect for car trips. Has a nice lengthy chord and it works even better with a battery pack. Feels official in quality and isn’t a loose fit in the 3ds port.
