Very easy so far to use. Finally have something I can work out with that will help me. Since being very ill it is a challenge to impossibility to do a work out. So easy, I use it 40 minus approx 3 times a week. So many complaining about lack of instructions, it's works all the muscles used it 3 times and can see a difference, experimenting with the remote fun to use with music.This is fantastic. I can feel my muscles being worked and rippling, it's pretty quiet, I just press it on and play, it works on a timer for 10 mins. It's got a good weight to it, great value for money, so happy with this purchase.

Really pleased with this purchase. Over the last week i have used this machine 40-60 mins daily and have been amazed at the results. I feel energised and have lost 5lbs in weight!The machine itself is easy to use and is light, compact and runs quietly.

Quite small compared to vibration plate I had previously. However it works well. Good vibration

Why didn't I buy it sooner?!Really great product. Feel it workin (toning) as quickly as the first try! Very quiet in terms of sound. Been using product everyday, Very happy customer!

The machine itself is brilliant but had to work out the programmes etc myself as the instruction manual isn’t very informative at all. Trying to work out what the LED means as it changes 3 times, 1 shows the level, 2 shows time remaining and the 3rd is numbers going up which cannot be calories as it increases very quickly. But it’s a great fitness plate, can feel a difference and the morning after i do feel like I’ve had a workout! Well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Only received yesterday but this machine is fab. I've used it standing and couple of the other exercises, lower legs (video attached) and press up. Will definitely be using this twice daily. U can choose the program and intensity of the vibration. Still finding my way with machine, but brilliant so far.

For 99 levels of vibration coming off the mains it’s not all that powerful. If it will benefit the lymphatic system is still to be seen. At worst it will turn into a led massager. Deep scratch in display upon opening the box
